How much does engraving cost?
It depends on the item, the text and the design. Send your order on WhatsApp and we call you with the price.
Can I bring my own utensil?
Yes. We engrave items bought from us and kansa, brass or copper items you bring from home. Choose "My own item" in the form.
Can you engrave in Bengali?
Yes, in Bengali and English. We read the text back to you on the call and start only after you confirm it.
Can I send my own design?
Yes. Describe it in the form and attach a photo in the WhatsApp chat.
Can engraved items be exchanged?
No. Items personalised on request can’t be exchanged. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
